1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VOZ 24/7 services at voz247.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service. VOZ 24/7 is operated by Evony Sutherland, Fort Worth, Texas.

2. Description of Service

VOZ 24/7 provides AI-powered voice answering, appointment booking, missed call text-back, automated follow-up, and related communication automation services for local businesses. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.

3. Subscription and Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance. By providing payment information, you authorize VOZ 24/7 to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

4. SMS and Voice Communication Consent

By using our Service or submitting your phone number through our website or chat widget, you consent to receive SMS text messages and automated voice calls from VOZ 24/7 and its clients. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client of VOZ 24/7, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate business information for AI configuration
Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws
Obtaining proper consent from your customers before we contact them on your behalf
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to harass individuals, or in any way that violates applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.

7. Limitation of Liability

VOZ 24/7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days' written notice. VOZ 24/7 reserves the right to terminate immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
