By accessing or using VOZ 24/7 services at voz247.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service. VOZ 24/7 is a service of VOZ 247 LLC.
VOZ 24/7 provides AI-powered voice answering, appointment booking, missed call text-back, automated follow-up, and related communication automation services for local businesses. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.
Services are billed monthly in advance. By providing payment information, you authorize VOZ 24/7 to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
By submitting your phone number through our chat widget, you consent to receive SMS text messages and automated voice calls from VOZ 24/7 and its clients. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
VOZ 247 LLC Messaging: You can expect to receive messages related to appointment scheduling, customer support, and occasional promotional offers. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. You may not use our Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to harass individuals, or in any way that violates applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
VOZ 24/7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days' written notice. VOZ 24/7 reserves the right to terminate immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
